The cocktail for Piña Colada fans who love to try something new!


For this recipe you need a mixer!

5 cl Bourbon Whisky (recommendation: Four Roses)

2 cl cream

2 cl coconut syrup

crushed ice

1 slice of fresh pineapple


Cut a slice from a fresh pineapple. Remove the edges and cut the pineapple into small pieces. Afterwards put the pineapple, the whisky, the cream, the coconut syrup and some crushed ice into a mixer.



The Kentucky Pineapple Cream should be served in a tumbler. For decoration you may use a slice of pineapple.
